Delicious food with options not found at other Lucca restaurants (I will spend eons trying to reproduce the onion soup), and attentive and congenial  serving staff.

Lovely meal, very tasty food and friendly stsff

The food was okay but it&#39;s better to not sit inside and to buy food and sit somewhere around the restaurant or outside the restaurant where there&#39;s also on the wall surrounding the city a lot of grass and places to sit. it&#39;s better to do take away. You can buy lots of small dishes.  the music inside was too loud. And one pizza is more than enoght for two people.

A descent down hidden stairs reveals an elegant and refined restaurant offering a first class menu and superior wine list. Attentive staff and a reasonable cost made for a great night. Only tiny gripe some of the servings are fashionably small. Still, a great spot.

We found the atmosphere to be so charming. The food snd service were top notch. I hope to return someday!

Eating in this underground restaurant from 1586.  Magical.  The staff were amazing, the food was out of this world.  Best dining experience to date here and we&rsquo;ve had some great meals!!!  Highly recommend this experience!

Don&rsquo;t let the external put you off, heading down the stairs you will be wowed by an amazing restaurant!! The food and ambiance was incredible, attention and service outstanding. The English speaking waitress (young woman) was amazing!!!! Don&rsquo;t miss a dining experience here while in Lucca
